Synergos helps solve the complex problems of poverty and inequality by promoting and supporting collaborations among business, government, civil society, and marginalized communities. Synergos creates the conditions for these partnerships to be successful by building trust, designing and implementing change processes, enhancing the effectiveness of bridging leaders and institutions, and sharing our knowledge and experience.

Partners In Health’s mission is to provide a preferential option for the poor in health care. They work in close partnership with local government officials and the world’s leading medical and academic institutions to build capacity and strengthen health systems.

The Misipawistik Cree Nation, located in northern Manitoba, runs the Misipawistik Pimatisimēskanaw Program, which offers culturally relevant teachings to help students reconnect with their culture, rebuild connections to their ancestral land, promote healthy living and provide an education.

Founded and led by Dr. Angel Hsu in 2015, Data-Driven Lab seeks to create solutions to environmental challenges using cutting edge data analytics. The research groups consists of data analysts, policy experts, visual designers and interactive programmers. In December 2018, they launched the Urban Environment and Social Inclusion Index, which leverages high-resolution, large-scale data to analyze the performance of cities at the intersection of environment and social equity.

The Oxford Poverty and Human Development Initiative (OPHI) is an economic research and policy centre within the Oxford Department of International Development at the University of Oxford. OPHI aims to build and advance a more systematic methodological and economic framework for reducing multidimensional poverty, grounded in people’s experiences and values.

MSF Urban Spaces is an initiative of Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders that seeks to welcome and integrate migrants in six cities around the world: Montreal, Mexico City, Johannesburg, Athens, Turin, and Istanbul.
